Note: the script has been confirmed to work seamlessly with Autodesk 3ds Max versions 2021-2024. While it is highly likely that the script is also compatible with older versions of the software, its functionality has not been explicitly tested in those editions. Users with older 3ds Max versions are encouraged to try the script, but please be aware that compatibility with earlier versions cannot be guaranteed. For those using older versions, you may need to manually copy and paste the icon files into the "usericons" folder to ensure proper display and functionality.
- The script now automatically deselects empty link objects that appear after importing AutoCAD 3D files. This will streamline the merging process and eliminate the need to manually remove these objects before running the script.
- The script no longer throws an error when attempting to merge objects of the body_object class.
If you have ANY problems with the script - don't hesitate to write an e-mail to me (email@example.com). I respond quickly and will provide help as fast as I can.
